Who is Candi Young?
CANDI YOUNG (Coach Candi) is CEO of Novella Transformation Coaching and Consulting, LLC (NTCCS). Coach Candi has over 30 years of formal education and corporate experience and well accomplished in the training and development field. She is skilled in curriculum development, leadership growth, process excellence and strategic planning. Coach Candi has helped clients gain clarity and get organized for personal and professional success. Her leadership skills have extended into community initiatives, development of small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and ministries.
As a Certified Life Purpose Coach, Consultant and Speaker, Coach Candi specializes in helping clients discover their PURPOSE. She inspires clients to understand the importance of action towards a VISION through STRATEGIC GOALS. Through training, speaking, and transformational coaching and consulting services, Coach Candi has helped many to live a more fulfilled life. As a life-purpose mid-wife, her passion is to ensure that everyone is birthed in healthy purpose and no vision is aborted. Coach Candi is also a well-respected coach to coaches and leader for leaders.
NTCCS is named after her late mother who fostered self-awareness, personal growth, and life transformation in the lives of many. Novella means NEW and transformation represents the evidence of DRAMATIC CHANGE.
Ordained Minister, Certified Chaplain and Spiritual Leader
Wearing a few ministerial hats, Minister/Pastor Candi successfully develops Kingdom-focused leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship. Her calling is to develop spiritual leadership in others by helping them identify, understand, and become activated in their God-given purpose. She also inspires in others revelation of their spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities. Chaplain Candi has a passion to serve through missionary work domestically and internationally. She helps those in the midst of tragedy by providing for their basic physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a Spiritual Leader she leads the Seeking God Club (SGC) a 6-day a week ministry that provides discipleship teaching, training, and prayer for a global audience. She is the founder of Spiritually Inspired Sisters (SIS), a ministry that promotes leadership growth in women. Sister Candi is in good standing fellowship with the National Association of Christian Ministers (NACM).
Having overcome depression, anxiety, and suicidal tendencies, Candi Young is focused on doing her part to break the silence and stigma around mental illnesses. As a Certified Mental Health First-Aid, Candi helps raise awareness around the signs and symptoms of mental distress. She encourages and motivates clients towards action to obtain the proper help and support towards mental and emotional wholeness. It is through sharing her testimony that propelled her to become an author and publisher. She invites author partnerships that focus on HEALING and HOPE!
