CANDI YOUNG, CEO of Novella Transformation, LLC has over 30 years of formal education and corporate experience and is well accomplished in the training and development field, mainly in developing leaders. As a subject matter expert on curriculum development, leadership growth, process excellence and strategic planning, Candi has helped individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations become organized with clarity of direction for success. Her leadership expertise has successfully extended into the development of community initiatives and ministry leaders. 

Certified Life Purpose Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Trainer and Author Candi specializes in helping clients discover and become activated in their life’s PURPOSE; understanding PURPOSE, VISION, MISSION, AND GOALS. Candi's true passion resides with partnering with clients at a life crossroad (needing new life) transform from a place of being stuck, lost, or frustrated to activated in PURPOSE. Through her training, speaking, and  transformational coaching and consulting services, Candi has helped many to live a fulfilled life. Clients are successfully guided towards growth, change, and impact for NEW dramatic life changes.

Having overcome depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts, Candi is focused on doing her part to break the silence and stigma around mental illnesses. As a certified Mental Health First-Aider, Candi helps raise awareness around the signs and symptoms of mental distress. She encourages and motivates clients towards action to obtain the proper help and support towards mental and emotional wholeness. Ordained Minister, Certified Chaplain and Spiritual Leader, Candi successfully develops Kingdom leaders through training, coaching and mentorship. In her spiritual calling, Candi helps develop spiritual leadership in others by helping them identify, understand, and become activated in their God-given purpose, while nurturing revelation of their spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities. Candi is called upon as an inspirational speaker for ministries as well as women's retreats. Candi enjoys being a Mother and loves spending time with her two adult sons Brandon and Timothy. She enjoys time with family & close friends, reading, writing, and the transformational beauty of a butterfly.
